Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose: Renter is granted access to one golf simulation bay for personal use up to 4 people - up to 3 bays per party. Maximum of 12 golfers per booking. 
2. Payment: Rental fee is due in full at the time of booking. No refund for late arrival or
early departure.
3. Conduct: Renter agrees to use the bay responsibly. No unauthorized guests, damage,
or disruptive behavior. No food or drink within the golf bay. Food and drink must remain
on tables.
4. Smoking: Cigar use permitted only in compliance with Provider’s posted ventilation and
safety rules. No indoor smoking permitted. Outdoor patio is available for smoking use
per Washington Law. (RWC 70.160)
5. Damage: Renter is responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities beyond normal
use.
6. Cancellation: 100% refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refund for no-
shows or late cancellations.
7. Liability: Renter assumes all risk. Provider is not liable for injury, lost items, or personal
property damage.
8. Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Washington law in Yakima
County.
